Butterflies have always fascinated me. Actually I started my artistic career with cutting butterflies out of black paper and pasting them where ever I felt like. I felt honoured to decorate a lovely corner at "Haus Hirt" in Bad Gastein, Salzburg, Austria. At some point I stopped counting how many butterflies I cut out by hand - it must be way more than 2.000...
